Majolo

Wastelandscape was created by french artist Elise Morin and architect Clemence Eliard. This monumental, modern art installation fills the Centquatre, - an art space in Paris, and is constructed from 65,000 old CDs, sorted and hand-sewn together into a 500-square metre surface. The art piece is on exhibition at the Centquatre until September 2011. When the exhibition ends, the CDs will be collected and recycled into polycarbonate - art with a happy ending.
