Who would have thought that knitting would ever be considered to be a form of graffiti or 'street art'? However, the two artforms meld together so well that you would have thought that artists had been doing this for centuries.
Yarn bombing, also referred to as yarnbombing, yarnstorming, guerrilla knitting, or graffiti knitting is a type of graffiti or street art that employs colorful displays of knitted or crocheted cloth rather than paint or chalk.
