I can't remember the last time I made my own ice lollies. Well, that isn't entirely true, I could give a rough guess, and that guess would be probably around when I was still at school and Saturday Superstore was still on the television.

I thought it would be a nice idea to try making home made ice lollies again, so I treated myself to some moulds from Marks and Spencers.

So far I have made 1 batch using some raspberry cordial and these have turned out to be very refreshing. I have also looked for some ice lollie recipes and found:

• Strawberry, mango and orange on Kokken69
• Banana cinnamon sorbet lollies on Lekkertje
• Milk strawberry sticks on Goodtoknow

Hopefully now the weather will stay warm long enough for me to try a couple of different flavours :)
