Majolo

This happy birthday card was 1 of 2 golf themed requests which I received in a row. The design is based around vintage golfing attire from the 1920's and 30's. I got the idea from the old Granada television series, Jeeves and Wooster where Bertie Wooster always used to play golf in the most flamboyantly large trousers which were always teamed up with either a tweed waistcoat or an Argyle jumper (probably knitted by his Aunt Agatha).

I am really pleased with the finished card and especially like the warm muted colours in the trousers.
